Methods : this experiment used finite element analysis ( fen ) in the design of mesial and distal occlusal rest of distal - extension partial removable denture and to test the magnitude of stress and displacement of abutment teeth and soft tissue under the base when under the vertical force of two conditions 方法:采用有限元法在末端游離缺損義齒的有限元模型上作遠(yuǎn)中、近中(牙合)支托設(shè)計(jì),分別在人工牙及修復(fù)后的牙列(包括義齒及基牙)上作垂直向加載,測(cè)試基牙及基托下軟組織的位移及應(yīng)力值,通過測(cè)試結(jié)果作對(duì)比分析。
The paper build a plane model of the whole bridge based on the fem , and analyze the internal force and structural displacement changes in every damage circumstance . the data reflect that the damages in arch rib in the tip will make internal force of some sections increased , accordingly the stability and the durability of the structure reduce ; the damages in the arch foot will change the structure system ; and the displacements of abutments will develop great accessional internal force , and deform the main arch and even crack , accordingly change the system of the structure 論文建立了全橋的平面有限元模型,分析了在各種病害情況下全橋的內(nèi)力及結(jié)構(gòu)位移的變化,計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)反映了,拱頂拱肋損傷會(huì)造成某些截面的內(nèi)力增大,結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定性和耐久性降低;拱腳損傷可能引起結(jié)構(gòu)體系改變;墩臺(tái)位移會(huì)使上部結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生較大的附加內(nèi)力,使拱圈變形甚至于開裂,從而導(dǎo)致結(jié)構(gòu)的受力體系發(fā)生改變等。
